Transaction Management

Xavier leads the Transaction Management team within the Loan Agency business at Palmer.

Prior to joining Palmer, Xavier worked as an Assistant Vice President at Apex Group and prior to that as an Assistant Manager at Sanne Group plc, a FTSE 250 business that specialised in fund administration and corporate services across the globe. In his time there, Xavier managed the Loan Agency portfolio in the Netherlands and key transactions in the Spanish portfolio in a variety of sectors, including sports (football financing), real estate, energy, retail, infrastructure and shipping.

Xavier has extensive experience in commercial and corporate lending and banking services, having developed his career in top tier banks including as Citi, Scotiabank and Bankinter.
