Chief Financial Officer

James is the Chief Financial Officer and co-Founder of Palmer, where he is responsible for the operations and finance function of the Group.

Before launching Palmer, James was the Chief Financial Officer of Sanne Group plc, a FTSE 250 business that specialised in fund administration and corporate services across the globe. 

Prior to Sanne, he worked as an M&A adviser and equity capital markets banker at Investec Investment Banking in London. Here he led the Business and Support Services coverage team looking after several businesses in the sector including helping to IPO Sanne. 

Prior to working as an investment banker, James worked within the corporate tax team at Grant Thornton and spent time in the British Army where he was deployed on operations to Afghanistan.
